I am Saskatchewan born and raised and grateful to have been working as a coach since 2000. I have experience working with youth at risk, adults with disabilities and clients with mild to severe acquired brain injury. I work through both not-for-profit organizations and private health care. I often support complex cases and use a direct, assertive approach that remains sensitive to the needs of my clients. My personal experience as a caregiver has driven my passion to provide real world education about the direct and indirect impacts of brain injury.
Since the inception of my business in 2008, formerly known as Headway Coaching International and upgraded to The Crystal Factor in 2017, I've enjoyed expanding my client base and collaborating with various organizations. I've added best selling co-author, professional speaker, Juice Plus+ Virtual Franchisee and Usui Reiki Master Practitioner to my repertoire over the years. I love what I do and I am told it is reflected in my work. I have enough resources and skills to support all types of people, with or without injuries. If you know your goals and want to get on with things, then a working partnership is likely in order!
Through my coaching and various business partnerships over time, I've had the pleasure of positively impacting individuals and groups in numerous industries which include:
